Owner & Managing Member

Dr. Jeff Wilke is an experienced business consultant, university administrator, and business professor. Additionally, he is a retired Navy Chief with 21 years of leadership and management experience. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and Marketing from Argosy University and a Masters & Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo University. He is also an active member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, Military Affairs Committee, North Carolina Association of Coordinators of Veterans Affairs, and the Council of College and Military Educators.

Jeff has taught numerous graduate and undergraduate courses in Business at Campbell University, Webster University, and Saint Leo University. He also had the opportunity to write several columns on business strategies for the Jacksonville, FL Business Journal and to be featured in their “People on the Move Spotlight.” Additionally, Jeff is a successful business consultant who has helped aspiring and existing business owners with comprehensive start-up and growth services. His freelancing work and ability to transform business ideas into reality has led to a strong reputation for success and formation of Easy Step Solutions which is dedicated to the success of the small business owner.
